Guidelines and Fees
When quoting large events, we try to incorporate all wait staff within our service charge for ease of calculation for our customers. Occasionally, customers may request all staffing to be itemized. Additionally, customers will request an event coordinator, on-site head Chefs, coat check attendants, bartenders etc. The following is a pricing guideline of the staffing in which we provide. Elegant Events utilizes our own full and part time staff for all events. Rarely do we have to utilize staffing companies. This translates to professional attendants that will make the difference at your event. We train them, the Elegant Events way! All labor is charged a minimum of 4 hours paid time per employee. In the event of service requiring more than 8 hours, all additional hours will be billed time and a half. Please remember setup and breakdown time allotments.
Attire
Weddings and formal affairs: Black slacks, white dress shirt and black tie.
Barbecues and informal affairs: Black pants, white polo shirt, blue Elegant Events apron.
On-site Chef Attire: Chef pants, Chef Dress coat

Wait staff/Servers - 30/hr
Coat Check - 30/hr
Bartender (beer and wine) - 30/hr
Bartender (full bar) - 40/hr
Certified Sommelier Service - Call for quote
Carving Chef - 30/hr
On-Site Head Chef - 40/hr
Event Coordinator - 45/hr
